this is written from my own interpretation only, you guys have your jobs cut out for you. there are so many different personalities and opinions on here. you all do a great job at maintaining the peace. you all never abuse your authority and it's good to see that those in charge arent scared to use force when it's necessary. we're a pretty lax bunch, but at some point lines will be drawn and things will be stopped. i respect that. certain things may not bother me, but they may bother other people. i may believe in everyone's right to speak freely, but we gotta keep in mind that we need to keep this place pg13 or cleaner. you've all kept me sane these past few months. i love the changes to the community, the new members, and i feel like i can talk to the staff if i need to.

I think it's great when a bunch of staff members can work together. I once was part of a site where the staff didnt get along at all. If there was one fight, one staff member always threatened to leave.
The staff here seems so much more mature than that. I dont see any of you being power hungry or abusive either. I like that I can talk to the staff when I need to. You're all great people.

I hate it when people run away over silly things too. All the staff here does a great job. Just like you said - not too stern, and not too lax. Just right.

some places are too easy to lock
others let people be racist and post porn or offensive content
i think on here, i feel like i can express myself and people wont lock my thread just because they disagree with me.
it's a hard job to know when to use your power and i agree. the mods on here are great.

Thanks. We all try to discuss things and come to an agreement before something is changed, locked, removed, altered, etc.

so true. it's wrong to walk away or abandon people when you have a small disagreement, but i dont think the staff here is like that. Doing that - it's immature and childish. i'm glad people here settle things openly.

Doing that - it's immature and childish. i'm glad people here settle things openly. this was my main thing on some forums, the staff disagrees, and then people abandon each other because wah wah wah you don't agree with me i dont ever see the staff fighting on here, and that's a great thing |

Thank you for the positive feedback. While the staff members may not unanimously agree at all times, we do try to make decisions that we believe are in the best interest of the forum. Staff members have come and gone, but it is no one person's fault if anyone decides to move on.
If this thread was made to vaguely express an opinion on a matter you may not have all the information on, then I suggest you contact the individual in private. However, we do appreciate your kind words, and we will continue to keep this a safe place to post.
If anyone feels they need to discuss anything privately, you may send me a private message at any time.
