Pros: You can eat, sleep, watch TV, and not even get dressed.
Cons: You are mixing home and business.

Biggest con is you will eventually feel like you are doing nothing because you are staying home all day. The physical act of getting up and going to work really does make you feel more productive.

My wife has been working from home for the past two years. They closed the office she was working in but they wanted to keep the employees so they moved them home based. She likes it but her biggest thing is that she gets tired of being at home all the time and needs a reason to go out and do stuff.
I work from home when the weather is bad or when I'm sick, but I prefer to go into the office. Our network is very complicated but my desk port has preconfigured access to everything I need. Otherwise (at home) I have to switch to different VPN's regularly... it's a pain.
