They sponsor a TON of different charities and food ministries. You have a wide range of places to donate to on their website.

Our bigballofyarn even has their link in the "forum friends" post in the announcement board.

They are also behind FreeRice.Org (HOWEVER, FreeRice has been experiencing database problems since the end of August) I know bigballofyarn is an active member on freerice, so if you want to donate that way, you should post your questions here for other.

Otherwise, you can select which ministry off of wfp.org to donate food aid to.
