Thanks  Just seeing things getting back to "normal" (whatever that means around here), as the parents return from being out of town today. So I get used to a full house once more, seeing the dogs for the first time in months, and not having to do with cooking any more, along with having a fully stocked house and getting back to some of my own stuff that I've neglected while I've been taking care of the house and lawns and the cats and all. |

Hah, we'll see how HE copes once the huge dog returns tonight He went through a rough patch last month though: getting sick several times in like a 10 day period, which he had to go to the vet for tests for that, then his eye got scratched, he had to go back for that, then follow-up tests for his low potassium levels (which is what the deal is), etc. So that really sucked, but he's fine for the time being. He gets half a tablespoon of potassium supplement every other day, which is easy to give him (doing a full tablespoon every day was annoying, but it's now downsized, luckily). |

Sounds like a touch guy! How old is he now?
Can you mix the supplement with his food?

Especially since he still gets into the occasional cat fight  About 16 or so. Can you mix the supplement with his food? Yes, it's in powder form. They (the vets) said to just sprinkle it on their food and they don't even notice it. Yeah, right. I knew right off the bat he would. Sure enough, I've had to mix it in and put new (i. e. untouched by the stuff) food on top of that. Once I told the vet who prescribed it the problem he admitted it makes the food taste salty. So I took a whiff of it when I got home. Yep, it does indeed smell like salt. |

It has been way to long my friend!! Definitely, CJ! Are you still running your gaming forums? Yes, and we just hit a milestone the other week with its two year anniversary, and I would say 10,000 posts, but we fell a bit short, being only 9000. However, that's still pretty decent for such a small gaming genre, plus there's still plenty of classic gamers I could pull in that don't know about it (although it is finally showing up on internet searches though), as with the local gaming expo I usually attend, two years ago these business cards I had printed up didn't get hardly any visibility at all. Then last year's show I couldn't attend. This year's show is next month, which I probably won't be able to make either (but it'd be nice to be wrong about that). If I can I'll definitely pass a few of them out though, plus I've offered to mail some to people on the forums that attend shows as well. |

Pass them out. Leave them at libraries. Tack them up at the car wash. Spread the word. Put the URL in your signature at other forums. Try to get featured on PBS. Or let it grow naturally. Congrats on your success there and here.

Favorite pet would obviously be a cat. Others would probably be a woodpecker. They're neat to watch. I just saw one the other day in the yard.  |
