We BBQ all the time in the summer. Hot dogs, hamburgers, steaks, chicken, and tomorrow some trout we caught today at the lake! Love grilling in the summer, everything seems to taste better when cooked outside.

lol, I came to this thread thinking the title meant "away from home" outdoor cooking... I see I was wrong so I have nothing to add here.
If anyone needs recipes to try over burning sticks in the middle of nowhere, hundreds of miles from home, let me know and I'll weigh in : )

Cooking toast or marshmallows on a stick is always tasty.
