And, on the "quick shipping v spoiled food" thought - most jerky should easily last at least a month or two in an open environment if it is cured correctly. True, old school, jerky should last a year or more. Not to be a debbie downer, but if you're shipping a jerky that you're afraid will spoil if not overnighted, you're not shipping jerky : ) -drac Thank you, drac, for saving us. |
