What happens exactly when you click that? First time I noticed that little button was today. Does it basically just remove that particular user's posts from your view? How about PMs, does it block the sending of PMs too?

You'll still see their name. You just wont see anything they say. Try it out. You can undo it in the same easy click. (I think)

It should just hide everything they say and replace it with "You have chosen to ignore X"
But they can still PM you technically.

It's helpful if someone annoys you and if you have enough self control to not unblock them every 10 minutes.

Also u can block pms except its an other thing.
