My mother is making turkey breast in the oven. Saturday I'll go pick up a clearance turkey and will fry it just to try it out.

Just doing a ~10lb breast since nobody every wants the dark meat simple brine & either a basic roast or possibly a quick deep fry, haven't decided yet.

BROIL!!! Although I won't be doing any cooking peronally, however broil I believe is how the Turkey will be cooked.
