but my girlfriend is pretty convinced a laptop is for four things:
1.) shopping
2.) school
3.) facebook
4.) bejeweled
anything besides those she has zero interest in even knowing about.

yeah but just as "that message board". i think i'll keep it that way. Same here, even though she once was a member. There were... circumstances (that shall not be named) that drove her away. My missus knows I use message boards but where I go she has no clue. I think she knows I run my own.....lol
We both have our own PC's so we stay out of each others hair while on the net..............
