My cat was hit last night.

somehow she escaped with a broken jaw and a laceration under her jaw. i still dont know how she got out.

I was at the vet for 3 hours last night.
May have to get her jaw wired shut, so i dont know what that means about eating.

She really had a little angel with her thought because it could have been much worse i bet...plus bless the woman's soul that stopped her car and called the phone number on her tag

she is currently in surgery now and we are awaiting a phone call from the dr

I hope everything works out. We had to our cat of 14 years to sleep recently. still keep thinking i'm gonna see her in her usual spots around the house.

When the dr. brought out the estimate for the surgery it was soo awkward, but there was no way I wasn't paying the bill

but we are still waiting for answers.

I say the same thing until the vet tells me the phrases "we could do this experimental procedure" or "I can't guarantee this will work"

I dont like to experiment.

he should bounce back from those injuries with no problems though so you should be fine. thats the good part.

I dont really know if animals can have deperession, but yes there's a chance she will be different

Dr. just said 4-6 weeks to heal the jaw
