The brand been around for 10 years, so people know what they sell

Client keep on changing their mind about stuff, at first they wanted a frozen yogurt shop, then a coffee shop, then a sushi shop, then...
I had to tell them they are wasting my time before they got their sh*t straight
Also, it took 1 month to go through council and 1 month for strata approval
