The month is coming to a close. How did everyone do with their goals, resolutions, and plans?
Will you make new ones next month?

I'm not proud of myself. I only lost 5 pounds.
I think I'll try harder on my diet next month.

^ it's cause it's what's taught to us
men are supposed to work out and be strong and muscular and big and protectors
and women are supposed to be small and timid and meek
It's no wonder women have such a large desire to be smaller. That's what the media tells us to be, and when our men are oozzling tv stars, and porn actresses, and we see this...how are we supposed to feel? wanted? desirable? We're taught that pretty people are only those who can afford/and are encouraged to get work done..every where. They have their faces lifted and their tummy's lip-oed and their breasts lifted and increased. They have anything and everything done to look "better." AND SOMEHOW, we are expected to feel good enough? to feel attractive? No- it doesn't work that way. Women will always feel in-superior and it's because of what we deal with daily...in the media AND at home. It sucks and it's not freaking fair.
