I think Yarn should have a special part of the board just for announcements, so we always know what's going on. I don't know if you're into that idea, Christina, but I think it would be good, so we always know where they as, as opposed to being is really random places all over the board >.<

I think they normally get put in general, then get moved to questions,
but an announcement board would be hot

Hey sorry it took me a few hours to reply. I had 5 hours of work, and 4 hours of class today. If that's what you guys want, I'll find a place to put it. Edit: I'm contemplating whether to put it before general, or try to code it so it's a seperate section above the forum like this:  |

As far as I know, V4 has had a recent addition that lets announcements be put separately at the top of a board by creating an "annoucement thread".

It separates it from the main posts though and is a lot less hassle. But hey, that's just my two cents.

yeah but they'd stay there forever.. and once I take them "off" as announcements, they get lost somewhere.
