I thought it was suposed to go away in time...it hasn't faded at all for about a week now...explanation?

what did you do?
I *think* this is how it breaks down
Spamming 20% for each offense, lowers 1% every 3 days
Flaming people Starts at 10, then adds 20 for every other, lowers 5 every week
PM spam 10%, then down 3 every few days

jocy, it looks like it went down. i remember it being at 13. it probably needs a few more days to just disappear completely
