is talking about SI against the TOS? If you are promoting it, encouraging others to do it, posting pics of yourself doing it, etc, THAT is against the tos. if you are talking about someone that has a problem, and telling them where to get help, that is fine

jesus, why must people talk about doing that stuff to theirselves! its messed up, and people who feel the need to post pics of themselves online doing it are just doing it for attention, and should be features in real life "saw"
end rant: people who do that without mental problem piss me off.
ps: if i have offended you (reader), and if you do it you can contact me and i'll gladly ignore.

Perhaps you should stop getting offended at every single post lately. At the very least you should have the consideration not to react like that.

maybe i saw people posting how they cut themselves on another forum and it pissed me off towards the entire subject.

You complain about threads becoming off topic and look what you have done to this one. The thread is to ASK QUESTIONS relating to the TOS, NOT start arguments on topics you're not allowed to talk about anyway. Your replies to this thread may be edited. I'm sorry for any inconvenience.

Did you not see the answer i posted to this thread? the only SI discussion that is aloud is suggesting help to someone in need, not promoting it, or bad mouthing it. thank you

Does that mean ED stuff is off limits too ? Same rules apply. No encouraging ED behavior, no teaching someone how to get an ED, no promoting life threatening behaviors. If you want to talk about getting better, that's fine. If you want to talk about weight/exercise that's fine

So general diet talk is okay right,?

^^ I can answer that one cuz that goes in my forum. General diet talk is okay, because dieting is legal and socially acceptable, and if you do it right healthy. Threads encouraging ED are completely different than diet threads, and I won't lock threads about diets
