the point still remains you need to unban tfe. its a law that you cant punish someone for the same crime twice. they call it double jeaopardy, and since he was unbanned you can reban him because he hasent done anything That's in regards to being punished twice for a same criminal act, as in breaking a law. I've yet to hear where it's illegal to ban someone on a forum, and then to have them banned again. |
