.. the banner is designed for 1024x768 since that what 'most' people use so there's no strectching action at that resolution
however on the any resolution higher the picture is extended but not stretched
the technique used is not compatible with netscape

Yeah, I'm on 800x600 and I have netscape 7.2 and it shows up fine for me.
