I used to break check but someone took it very personal once
Now I just slow down way below the speed limit

Besides I can't afford any tickets, or I'll lose my license.
So I stay the same speed

Slow down to just below the speed limit, then speed up when they try to pass.

What drives me nuts is when people tailgate you when you're ALREADY speeding. In this case, I brake check or slow down. If I'm going the limit or under it for whatever reason, then I'll move over or something.

I'm usually courteous and switch lanes if I'm in the fast lane but if I'm in any other lane i slow way the **** down until they pass me.

Somebody once tailgated me on a two lane back road. I was even in the slow lane.
I wanted to brake check him so badly, but I did what they told us to do in driver's ed. Flash the brake lights, and he ended up passing me.

i remember someone was tailgating me on the way home from bcc once and they were pulled over since a cop caught them for speeding lol
i'm usually a pissed off driver, so i just slightly hit my breaks every 2 seconds to make them think i'm breaking, or pretend i wanna turn somewhere to really piss them off.
but for everyone else, i recommend the changing lanes thing like other people here said. switch lanes and let them pass to avoid trouble.
