I assume it's just going to be dismissed, since, unless the cop has a pretty low gag threshold over salt, there really isn't any concrete proof it made him sick.
Also, as the article says, the employee didn't intentionally let something gowl afowl with the burger anyway since she couldn't see it being prepared from her drive-through area that she was working in.

Wouldn't it be as-salt? Ass-alt has too many s'. Written yes, but phonetically no. As-salt (Az - Salt) didn't sound as good.
