Sorry, I'm working 30 hours a week plus trying to take two online courses and have a semblance of regular conversation with my boyfriend when he's around, so I don't have much time to spend on here.
Actually I generally work 5 or 6 days a week, I don't get full 8 hour shifts very often. I love my job, and I actually just got promoted. I'm now in what would be considered a supervisor position. I go back and forth between doing that and running register. Tonight I'm supervising, so I have to close the store.
Ha see, they just threw me into it. I've had experience supervising, so that wasn't what I was worried about. I was worried about the process of actually closing the store at night, but the closing manager helps with that, so they won't let me make any major mistakes. My only complaint is that the older women (especially this one manager) think I'm a slower learner than I am, so they're explaining how to do stuff and I've got it done before they even finish the explanation. It's kind of amusing to watch them have to realize that I'm not as slow as they think I am
