You'd think it would be easy, but I already messed up my food goals. I'm not even addicted to KFC and I went there, ate food I told myself not to eat, and ruined a resolution before I started. Someone give me support.

So now that you acknowledged it, you can do better going forward. You don't have to be perfect from the getgo. You're fine dude!!

Don't even sweat it. It's hard to give up a food "cold turkey." See what I did there? Faze it out of your diet slowly. You're on the right track.

You had one bad meal. It wasn't a bad year. You have every day ahead of you still.

It's fine. It was your last time. You won't do it again. The mistake is done and over.

Not to worry friend. You're ok. You will have a better meal next time. What are some of your favorite foods?

I do like soup and salad. It's just hard to get motivated about a cold salad in the winter.

Have you tried eating at Panera? You can get a hot soup and a salad as part of a mini combo with a water to drink.

It might not be easy, but it's not impossible. Take it one day at a time. Be easy on yourself, but also strict in that you know you have to keep your goals in order to meet them.

Tiffany, it's been a long time since I've been to a Panera. I don't really want to be around all that bread.

Your body and your health is the aggregate of hundreds of meals, not one. You “screwed up” once. Start over NOW. Don’t eat junk for breakfast and then decide the whole day is ruined and follow suit, you can eat a healthy lunch and dinner. The goal of every day should not to be perfect. It should be to be better. You’ve got this.

I've made some food mistakes already too, but your body isn't broken. Tomorrow is a new day and a fresh start.
